No matter what people believe about old age, in our opinion, it is a real blessing to be able to see yourself growing old. With the kind of shocking news we hear every day about the plights of people around the world, you should count yourself really lucky, if you get to live to be older than most people. Old age means you have spent quite a lot of time on earth, collecting memories and valuable knowledge. A person who is older is appreciated for the wealth of experience and knowledge they have accumulated during their lifetimes. So, the best way to age with grace, is to accept old age as a blessing and not as something negative.
